The top of Cerro Oto near the city of Bariloche in northwestern Argentina offers wonderful views to the lakes below. We had made our way across similar lakes from Puerto Montt, Chile, through the Andes en route to Bariloche.

Drygalski Fjord

Just north of Antarctica, lies South Georgia Island, a tiny dot in the South Atlantic that sparks a host of associations and memories, such as arriving at a remote beach and being surrounded by 28,000 nesting pairs of penguins. Drygalski Fjord in particular is spectacular.
